Overview

Lebanon is navigating one of the most challenging periods in its modern history, marked by a deteriorating security situation and a devastating humanitarian crisis. Lebanese enterprises have been facing numerous challenges linked to the various disruptions in their supply chains, mainly due to the conflicts in the Western Asia region. These challenges were witnessed throughout the supply chain, both upstream, with sourcing and shipping routes along with the associated lead times and costs highly impacted, and downstream, with distribution and access to markets presenting important uncertainties and barriers.

This training is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively design, manage and future-proof their businesses’ supply chains. It emphasizes integrating disruptions in the management of supply chains and focuses on building resilient and sustainable supply chains capable of integrating innovation and agile transformation. Participants will gain the tools to lead their organizations toward a more sustainable and competitive future.
